In perhaps a more conventional Dynamics-related transaction, SBS Group, the US-based IT consulting and services company and Microsoft Dynamics Master VAR, has announced its acquisition of specific assets of Infinity Info Systems, a prominent Dynamics CRM and Infor CRM partner headquartered in New York City.

COO Matt Hall of Infinity Info Systems says “As a leader in the Microsoft Dynamics ERP space and nationwide solution provider, SBS Group offers our team the opportunity to work with new customers across the country to take their marketing, sales and customer service organizations to the next level.”

James R. Bowman, Jr., President and CEO of SBS Group commented on the value that Infinity will bring to SBS Group and their customers, “The continued growth of CRM as a mission critical software platform to deliver exceptional customer experiences in areas like social marketing, system integration, and call center support. The addition of the Infinity team expands our depth and breadth of CRM services and strengthens our ability to drive even more value to our client family. The Infinity team provides a depth of industry and functional expertise to help us grow our world class CRM team to complement our industry leading ERP, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Business Intelligence practices.”

Customers won’t miss a beat, promise the companies. The Infinity Info Systems CRM Practice will operate as a corporate division of SBS Group with “careful attention given to supporting and leveraging the unique characteristics that have enabled its success to date.”
