Camargo Leverages Xpertdoc to Enhance Business Proposal Efficiency

Microsoft Gold Partner Xpertdoc Technologies Inc., a provider of customer communications management (CCM) software, has announced that Camargo Pharmaceutical Services has selected Xpertdoc’s CCM platform and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connector to create, manage, deliver, and archive templates and proposals directly from the Microsoft platform.

Camargo provides drug development services, specializing in the 505(b)(2) process, which is a holistic approach for developing products. In the past, the company created more than 350 proposals a year through Dynamics CRM, but ran into issues because there was no CCM platform, officials of the companies said.

“Without centralized template control and a modern CCM platform, we had document workflow challenges,” said Camargo CEO and President Ken Phelps, in a statement. “Working with Xpertdoc means all of our messaging and branding will be consistent across each unique proposal, and the whole process is automated from generation to delivery without significant manual intervention.”

Xpertdoc’s CCM platform and the Dynamics CRM Connector manage customer documents through an totally electronic process – from template creation, editing, document delivery, and final archiving – eliminating inconsistencies and inefficiencies, officials said.

Rand Group Becomes Tier 1 Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider

Microsoft Gold Dynamics ERP Partner Rand Group has been selected as a Tier 1 Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider.

Partners who have demonstrated a unique ability to manage the entire customer lifecycle with Microsoft Cloud Services are invited to apply to the program but only a few are chosen, according to company officials. Rand Group offers Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics GP, and Dynamics NAV.

Tier 1 partners sell Microsoft Cloud Services as well as work with customers from sales through to implementation, billing, and support. There are approximately 1,000 Tier 1 partners worldwide and tens of thousands of Tier 2 partners, officials said. However, there are only a few Tier 1 partners who are also Gold Certified in Microsoft Dynamics and/or who provide the Dynamics ERP suite, according to officials.

“Becoming a cloud solution provider is going to allow us to control all aspects of the process from sales to billing – turn- key solutions that include dedicated cloud support,” said Lorenzo Fife, director, infrastructure at Rand Group, in a statement. “For the client that has historically received two or more separate invoices for services they receive (Azure consumption, Office 365 subscriptions, Microsoft partner consulting or services) they will now have one point of contact – one throat to choke as it were. For us, it means being able to provide our clients with a seamless cloud experience.”

CuroGens Approved as Microsoft Tier 1 Cloud Solutions Provider

CuroGens Inc., a global systems integrator and Microsoft partner, has been selected as a Tier 1 Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP), which means it can sell cloud services, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online along with their own offerings and services.

“Being accepted as a Tier 1 provider means we’re able to offer cloud solutions on a highly competitive level,” said Jesper Kehlet, CEO of CuroGens, in a statement. “As the key point of contact for all of our customers’ needs, this certification allows us to offer deeper support as well as more flexibility and choices in business intelligence solutions. Simply stated, we’re better equipped to help our customers use technology to succeed in business.”

As part of the CSP program, CuroGens will continue to offer its custom business products including CuroGens mv360, a Dynamics CRM and Azure-powered integrated customer service and dealer portal solution for OEMs that manufacture configured-to-order units sold and serviced through dealer networks, according to company officials.
