Incadea has confirmed a major partnership in the UK with Thurlow Nunn
Incadea, part of the Cox Automotive group of companies, has confirmed a partnership in the UK with Thurlow Nunn, a Vauxhall-franchised dealer group.
Incadea, a supplier of dealership software and lead management solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics products, already works with over 100,000 users across the world. The partnership will bring the dealer management system, sales management, and service together on a single open platform built on Dynamics NAV, which platform is fully integrated with Vauxhall’s systems
The Incadea retail operating system manages all dealership operations, including accounts, vehicle administration, parts inventory, showroom, after-sales management, service, and marketing. And it can integrate lead management and customer service management, collating CRM customer data with the data from the service, parts, telephony, and accounts systems, officials said.
“Incadea integrates all the dealership’s systems on to a single platform, plus it is really easy to use because it is built using Microsoft Dynamics which means dealers get a reassuringly familiar and intuitive experience, right out of the box,” said Paul Humphreys, managing director, of Incadea UK, in a statement.
PMAx goes cloud
Advania has launched the cloud-based business solution PMAx 365, which the company describes as an optimized industry standard for property management.
Its value proposition is that clients can now administer their property portfolios anywhere, anytime, from the PCs, tablets, and mobile devices, according to company officials.
Based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, PMAx 365 purportedly makes it easier to register data, as much of what was previously customized is now standard. PMAx 365 streamlines processes and makes it easier to work across properties.
PMAx from Advania has been developed with a number of businesses in the Scandinavian property market. The solution offers companies timesaving and multi-purpose functionality, officials said.
“With Microsoft Dynamics and PMAx going cloud, the result is great improvements for companies focusing on property management,” according to officials. “Smart solutions, such as global address book, provide registration one place, one time, and the dense Excel bidirectional integration allows more flexible workflow while maintaining business logic.”
