Project Coordinator - Recruit Sourcing/Lead Generation

Candidate Side Activities:
Source candidates through networking, employee referrals, job boards, social media presence ad searches, internet research and direct contact.
Create innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role by developing and executing fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals.
Utilize Applicant Tracking System to maintain and access pertinent data on accounts. Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system to ensure information is up-to-date.
Execute sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified and diverse candidates, and then matches them to opportunities with our clients.
Responsible for supporting recruiting activity by guiding candidates through the application and selections process, including scheduling interviews, screening calls and document management.
Collaborate with the recruiting team with ad hoc projects and deliver an excellent recruiting experience for all candidates.
Internet research, tracking technology trends and key press releases nationwide, identifying target markets for top flight professionals.
Work with internal team members to assist with phone support on other projects as needed.
Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
Execute various administrative duties as required to support the team primarily focused on database maintenance, but could also include marketing activities and social presence campaigns.
Client Side Activities:
Play a critical role in fueling client growth through the identification and engagement of current and prospective clients, with an end goal of securing a working relationship and establishing ourselves as their recruiting partner of choice.
Lead demand generation and promote campaigns from conception, planning, execution, and launch to post-launch analysis.
Driving Lead Generation by providing lead qualifications for selected lead generation email programs, and drive revenue growth objectives.
Prospect and discover key customer lead opportunities via email and telephone.
Sales support by collaborating with internal and external team members to develop account specific strategies..
Maintain and expand the company’s database of customer contacts within a centralized CRM system.
Establish and develop strategic relationships with business and technology decision makers at small and medium enterprise accounts.
Develop, implement and align marketing plan with strategic Company initiatives.
Executes marketing strategies and objectives as defined by the Leadership Team.
Produce reports from sales and client database. Track email metrics and deliverability; analyze results and recommend course of action.

Experience working in a relational database or CRM system.
