Bryan Ray is a veteran search consultant with over 25 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) recruiting. He is the founder of DynamicsFocus, LLC, a boutique recruiting firm specializing in placing top Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, and AI professionals for growing organizations across North America.

Bryan launched DynamicsFocus nearly fifteen years ago after successfully building a Microsoft technology recruiting practice for Management Recruiters International (MRI), one of the world’s largest and longest-running recruiting organizations. During his 8-year tenure at MRI, he earned recognition as a repeat Sales Executive and Recruiter of the Year, set office records for top individual sales, top sales month, and top revenue year — all by cultivating long-term, respectful relationships with clients and candidates.

Prior to MRI, Bryan held roles as a Recruiting Manager and Corporate Recruiter for fast-growing software consultancies, including a start-up that became one of Microsoft’s 10 preferred recruiting vendors in the U.S. His career has consistently focused on aligning highly qualified ERP/CRM professionals with the organizations that need them most.

Bryan has spent nearly 100% of his career serving ERP and CRM clients, with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and NetSuite. He has built one of the largest and most trusted networks of Cloud ERP/CRM professionals in North America, with approximately 75% being passive candidates — highly skilled professionals not actively looking but open to select opportunities — and the remainder being industry veterans available for project-based or contract work.

He has successfully recruited across a broad range of industries throughout the U.S. and Canada, consistently delivering candidates who meet both technical and cultural fit. His approach emphasizes long-term, mutually respectful relationships, ensuring that every placement is strategic and aligned with the client’s goals.
