The MS Dynamics partner landscape is consolidating fast -look at Endeavour Solutions as a prime example
The Microsoft Dynamics partner landscape is consolidating fast!
Endeavour Solutions is one of the clearest examples of what that looks like in real time.
Over the last 18 months, PE has taken the wheel of Endeavour Solutions, a Canada-based Microsoft Dynamics Gold Partner with 35+ years in the market. They are now a portfolio company of RCap Equity Partners, the private equity arm of Renovus Capital Partners out of Philadelphia.
Renovus specializes in knowledge and talent businesses. They saw a platform worth scaling and moved on it.
One of the 1st things they did was install a new CEO, succeeding Madhu Vajpey with David Shimoni came from Denovo Ventures, where he served as President and CEO of an ERP-focused managed services firm.
This is a deliberate operator hire with someone who knows how to scale ERP services businesses through acquisition and integration.
Four Brands are now unified and they rebranded in January 2026 as Endeavor4, consolidating four acquired practices into a single North American platform.
Endeavour Solutions (Canadian Dynamics anchor)
Purely CRM (Dynamics 365 CRM specialists)
Express Information Systems (San Antonio, TX — acquired March 2025)
Corterra Solutions (Chicago — agreement reached June 2025)
The new CEO was direct about what comes next: “This sets the stage for accelerated M&A across North America.”
Still Acquiring — February 2026 The ink was barely dry on the rebrand when Endeavor4 absorbed the Microsoft client base of DataSys Corporation out of Boston — a Dynamics GP and Business Central firm active since 1996.
What This Means is that Endeavor4 now has a coast-to-coast footprint from Halifax, Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton, Vancouver, Boston, Chicago, San Antonio with 1,200+ active clients across the US and Canada and more acquisitions explicitly planned.
Every acquired practice brings client commitments that have to be staffed and delivered. Every integration creates demand for experienced Dynamics 365 talent (Business Central, F&O, CRM, Power Platform).
At DynamicsFocus, we work exclusively in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and NetSuite talent space, and we built our practice around exactly these two scenarios: portfolio company ERP transformations and partner firm acquisitions.
We support PE-backed firms from pre-acquisition due diligence through post-close stabilization; with a 90-day post-close talent roadmap designed specifically for newly acquired consulting practices.
If your firm has recently closed on a Dynamics partner acquisition, or is actively looking, we offer a complimentary Talent Audit to assess gaps, prioritize roles, and build a placement strategy aligned to your investment thesis.
