With NetSuite 2026.2 rolling out Ask Oracle and NetSuite Next getting so much attention, I expect a lot of conversation about AI inside NetSuite over the next few weeks.
In my 25 years of recruiting, I’ve seen big announcements stir up the talent market. Strong NetSuite administrators, SuiteScript developers, and functional finance consultants start hearing from other firms and employers, and the best ones often move quickly.
That is why I keep telling clients to define the role and compensation range before the event, not after.
I also believe the greater need will be for more experienced talent. The veterans who can bridge the NetSuite application itself, what AI can and cannot do, and what the business actually needs are the ones who will tie it all together and add real value for the company. Those professionals are the hardest to find, and I am already talking to them.
