PowerObjects Launches Unified Calendar Add-on for Dynamics CRM
PowerObjects, a professional services firm providing service, support, education, and add-ons for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, recently released PowerCalendar, a PowerPack add-on to enable easier scheduling, filtering, and appointment creation in one unified calendar within Dynamics CRM.
PowerCalendar allows the user to use CRM’s teams to see tasks and appointments by group. The user can then filter his calendar by appointment type – such as a task, meeting, or phone call, company officials said. This lets users quickly access the information they need and get a full understanding of what each team member has scheduled or already completed.
“PowerCalendar is a seamless solution to the problem of keeping track of the happenings of teams throughout CRM. By organizing activities in a calendar view for users to access, PowerCalendar makes it easy to see what each user is doing within CRM through a quick glance at the calendar,” said Dean Jones, CEO of PowerObjects, in a statement. “It’s a big help for any Dynamics CRM user who struggles with grasping the bigger picture of the activities each user is working on or has completed within CRM.”
HighJump TrueCommerce EDI Rolls Out Managed EDI Offerings for Dynamics AX Users
HighJump, a provider of supply chain management solutions, announced that its TrueCommerce EDI Solutions group has combined Accellos’ solution depth and expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics community with TrueCommerce’s managed service model to offer companies a new approach to managing EDI requirements for Microsoft Dynamics AX users.
After HighJump and Accellos merged in 2014, HighJump blended its EDI offerings to provide an end-to-end solution for Dynamics AX with the managed service approach. TrueCommerce’s cloud EDI solution combines an embedded EDI module, built just for Dynamics AX, with seamless connectivity into TrueCommerce’s expanding trading partner ecosystem, which includes thousands of retailers, distributors, manufactures and logistics providers.
“TrueCommerce now offers the combination of depth and adaptability of a proven Microsoft Dynamics AX EDI integration with a highly scalable and robust trading partner network, all from one source – something that has never been done before in the Microsoft Dynamics AX segment,” said Nick Manolis, president, HighJump TrueCommerce EDI Solutions, in a statement.
Zero2Ten Tapped for Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program
Zero2Ten, an Edgewater Fullscope company, has been selected to become part of the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Program.
Zero2Ten is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cloud partner focused on manufacturing. As a participant in this program, the company can now develop deeper, one-on-one relationships with customers and have direct control over areas previously managed by Microsoft, according to company officials.
For example, Zero2Ten can now more easily sell Dynamics CRM Online; integrate Dynamics CRM Online with Zero2Ten’s Adopt2Win industry IP support and solutions; and manage the Microsoft contractual relationship, billing and support, officials said.
“Since participation in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program was only offered to a small number of Microsoft Dynamics partners, this admittance further solidifies our position as a valuable partner in helping manufacturers efficiently and effectively leverage Microsoft cloud offerings,” said Adam Spurr, a managing director at Zero2Ten, in a statement. “This commitment will empower us to add even more material value for our customers by integrating Dynamics CRM Online with our own IP solutions, CRM University and Adopt2Win support programs.”
