Long-time Sage and Dynamics reseller Kianoff & Associates is merging into the Warren Averett Technology Group. Kianoff carries Dynamics GP, Sage 100/500 and Intacct. Founder Lisa Kianoff remains as president of her firm as a subsidiary of Warren Averett. Kianoff carries Dynamics GP, Sage 100/500 and Intacct. Both firms are based in Birmingham, Ala. Warren Averett has a family of companies, including Warren Averett CPAs, Asset Warren Averett has a family of companies, including Warren Averett CPAs, Asset Management, Turnaround Advisors; and Staffing Advisors. Warren Averett’s software lines include Intacct and Deltek, but apparently its website has not been updated in sometime as it also lists Sage 90/200 and Dynamics Great Plains. It also offers managed technology services and technology consulting services; risk management and data security services. In a prepared statement, founder Lisa Kianoff said that her firm and Warren Averett had partnered informally for some time. In 2014, Kianoff & Associates, founded in 1986, was No. 83 on Bob Scott’s Top 100 VARs with $5.04 in revenue and a staff of 22. Kianoff is a CPA who began her career at the accounting firm, the former Touche Ross & Co.
