InsideSales Rolls Out Accelerate for Dynamics CRM

InsideSales.com has announced that its cloud-based sales acceleration platform, Accelerate for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, is now available.

Accelerate provides key sales communications and lead prioritization features to help companies increase sales, according to the company. With Accelerate for Microsoft Dynamics CRM – powered by its Neuralytics engine – customers have a direct path to InsideSales.com’s platform and can use it to apply science to sales, removing the guess work of cold calls and speeding up the sales process, company officials said.

The company’s sales acceleration platform and scientific approach to improving sales can help Dynamics CRM customers increase revenue by improving contact rates, generating more quality leads, better managing their sales pipeline, and closing more sales, officials said.

InsideSales.com’s Neuralytics-driven platform uses big data, machine learning and artificial intelligence, all aimed at helping companies increase revenue by delivering better experiences for sales teams and customers. Accelerate for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is available through April 30, 2016, at the introductory price of $125 per user per month.

CuroGens Rolls Out Cloud-Based Customer Service Solution for Automakers

Microsoft partner CuroGens Inc., a global systems integrator, has released CuroGens mv360, a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) and dealer portal solution for transportation manufacturing companies.

CuroGens mv360 integrates a manufacturer’s existing ERP platform with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Microsoft Windows Azure. This, said CuroGens in an announcement, enables the management and tracking of a vehicle throughout its lifecycle, and also allows manufacturers and their dealer networks to share information in real time. This lets manufacturers better manage unit products, recalls and warranties, while dealers can better manage customer service.

CuroGens mv360 and CuroGens Vehicle Management System (VMS) for Microsoft Dynamics AX have been developed to help manufacturers and their dealer networks to better manage lifetime purchase, warranty claims and service histories of vehicles by utilizing the vehicle identification number (VIN).

Powered by Dynamics CRM Online, the sales and customer service module allows the manufacturer’s service department to access business intelligence in one centralized location in real time. The module features a user-defined dashboard, reporting tools and immediate access to quality issues and warranty information from dealers.

PowerObjects Names Dan Cefaratti Field Services Practice Director

PowerObjects, an HCL Company, has appointed Dan Cefaratti to the role of Field Service Practice Director. This is a new role at PowerObjects that was created to provide direction and leadership in the field service practice area in response to the acquisition of FieldOne by Microsoft earlier this year.

“With the addition of Dan to the PowerObjects team, we are truly investing in bringing the industry experts in field service to our customers,” says Steve Thompson, VP of Sales at PowerObjects. “This is an immense opportunity for us to solidify our alignment with Microsoft and their vision.”

Growing a dedicated field service practice will enable PowerObjects to focus on building solutions tailored to organizations with a mobile workforce as well as rounding out their practices by providing high performance customer care solutions for a true 360-degree view of the voice of the customer.

Cefaratti has been working with CRM and Field Service since 2000 and brings his extensive knowledge and experience to the PowerObjects team.

Rand Group Promotes Heather Harris to Senior Vice President

Long-time Rand Group business partner Heather Harris has been promoted to the position of Senior Vice President of Services for the Houston-based company. In her new role, Harris will be responsible for overseeing all ERP service delivery, from design and implementation through to support, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV and GP products.

Harris joined Rand Group in its first year in 2003 when the company had fewer than 10 employees. Today, Rand Group has nearly 90 employees, with two offices in Houston, one in Dallas and one in Vancouver, BC.

This year the company was named to Microsoft’s 2015 Inner Circle, reserved for the top one percent of Microsoft Dynamic’s Partners around the globe. Ron Rand, President and CEO of Rand Group, said such growth and success signaled it was time to bring all aspects of the company’s ERP service offerings together with Harris at the helm.
