This strategic acquisition brings Hitachi Solutions’ expanded global delivery capabilities with the addition of more than 450 experienced technical and delivery resources. In addition, the company gains a portfolio of proven IP and industry solutions, particularly in the retail sector, to enable delivery of global turnkey industry solutions.
Founded in 1999 by Sandeep Walia and Pankaj Kumar, Ignify is an award-winning global solutions provider specializing in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail Point of Sale solutions. Ignify is has offices in the U.S., India, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Japan. Expansion in Asia Pacific
Asia Pacific is a key geography for Hitachi Solutions and this acquisition is another important milestone in the company’s continued investment in the region. The company recently opened a subsidiary in Singapore to bring sales and support closer to its customers and to enable its global customers to realize local synergies. Hitachi Solutions operates four global development centers across India along with a successful academic program targeting students at engineering colleges and business schools with opportunities to develop skills in Microsoft Dynamics.
