Infinite Analytics Brings Personalization Engine to Dynamics AX
Predictive analytics company Infinite Analytics has rolled out its personalization engine on Microsoft Dynamics AX.

With its predictive analytics and machine learning-based platform, Infinite Analytics’ personalization engine provides customers with an immediate impact on conversions, company officials said. The company focuses on leveraging user data for personalization and also enhances the retail product catalog with its proprietary algorithms.

Infinite Analytics personalization products help customers increase their conversion rates – some as high as 217%, the company claims. Additionally, some customers are seeing close to 25% of their online revenues being driven by the company’s personalization products.

“Infinite Analytics is the only company to have successfully bridged the online and offline worlds when it comes to personalization using analytics,” said Akash Bhatia, co-founder & CEO, Infinite Analytics, in a statement. “So Microsoft Dynamics was a natural platform for us to integrate and provide personalization to retailers in the Microsoft ecosystem.”

Dutch IT Firm Partners with Assistance Software

Assistance Software and Dutch IT company KPN are teaming up to implement and manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM for their customers.

Through the partnership customers will have access to Assistance Software’s solutions for professional services organizations and KPN’s ability to advise, implement and manage systems in complex organizations, officials of the companies said. With the Assistance PSA Suite, companies will have better insight in major key performance indicators, enabling them to operate more efficiently.

Powered by Dynamics CRM, the Assistance PSA Suite is the solution for the professional services industry. It allows a company to turn opportunities into projects, calculate its hours and plan its projects, all with a single mouse click.

To boost the partnership, KPN is implementing Dynamics CRM and the Assistance PSA Suite to manage its own opportunities, projects, resources and timesheets. Using the Assistance Software Fast Track methodology, the company went live within three months, officials said.

IDC Names Leaders in Microsoft Enterprise Application Implementation Services

IDC has named Accenture/Avanade, TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) and HCL as leaders in the Microsoft enterprise application implementation services.

The report “IDC MarketScape for Worldwide Microsoft Enterprise Applications Implementation Services Ecosystem,” published in December, evaluated 10 leading global Microsoft Enterprise Implementation Services providers on applications including Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Server, Skype for Business and SharePoint.

Avanade, which is majority owned by Accenture, was founded in 2000 by Accenture LLP and Microsoft. Accenture/Avanade was evaluated as a single entity for this report because their strategies, including go-to-market, and capabilities for Microsoft services are tightly integrated, officials said.

HCL bought Dynamics CRM-focused partner PowerObjects for $46 million in October.

Firms were rated on a number of factors, including feedback from clients and the combined abilities of the companies to achieve desired business outcomes with functional insights and competence, according to officials.
