Funding was led by MotionVest LLC. Both companies will now operate jointly under the new company, and officials say Customer Dynamics is now one of the five largest Microsoft Gold Partners in the US focused exclusively on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
With the funding, Customer Dynamics will expand its newly created SaaS division that will integrate proprietary call center management tools, lead optimization, and other enhancements directly into Dynamics CRM, officials said.
“Not only does this new venture solidify Customer Dynamics as a top Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner, but it also adds a myriad of expertise to our fold,” said Ryan Redmond, CEO of Customer Dynamics, in a statement. Redmond said it also increases the company’s ability to serve more customers.
Redmond was named President and CEO of the newly formed Customer Dynamics entity by the Customer Dynamics’ Board and Spence Angerbauer, principal manager of MotionVest has been named chairman of board.
Over the past year, Customer Dynamics has invested in developing proprietary technology solutions that integrate a number of services with Dynamics CRM through channel partnerships, including sales acceleration platform providers InsideSales.com, a privately held company with valuations reported to be more than $1 billion dollars, officials said.
Through these new channels and partnerships, Customer Dynamics said it expects to increase its revenue by more than 10 times from 2015 to 2016.
“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Customer Dynamics to help accelerate sales for our joint customers on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform,” said Kevin White, vice president of alliances at InsideSales.com, in a statement. “We believe that Customer Dynamics have assembled the technical and business teams to unlock growth for businesses across a wide swath of industries and segments.”
