Qualifications Wales Awards M4 Systems Dynamics CRM Contract

Gold Microsoft Partner M4 Systems has been awarded the contract to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM at Qualifications Wales (QW), the regulator for non-degree qualifications and the qualifications system in Wales.

Dynamics CRM Online, which will be rolled out to more than 70 users, will play an integral part in QW’s plan to engage its stakeholders, M4 officials said.

QW will use Dynamics CRM to manage its processes, and its engagement with over 130 awarding bodies and external stakeholders from the education, employment and media sectors, officials said.

M4 will be responsible for the business analysis, configuration and training of Dynamics CRM under a two year G-Cloud framework agreement.

“We are delighted to be partnering with Qualifications Wales on this important strategic project,” said Dave Saunders, managing director at M4, in a statement. “The award of another G-Cloud contract further strengthens our position as a trusted partner to government organizations and Welsh public bodies.”

Catapult, DTM Systems Team to Boost Customer Experience

Canadian IT services firms Catapult and DTM Systems have teamed up to offer more services to their clients.

DTM Systems customers will now have access to the full range of Catapult services and solutions including:

  • ERP and CRM implementation for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM
  • Customization, integration and upgrades
  • Business advisory services

“DTM Systems is once again making the best resources available for our managed services customers and partnering up with Catapult brings some of the best minds in ERP and CRM into the DTM circle of talent,” said Paul Martin, CEO of DTM Systems, in a statement. “It also allows us to focus on our managed services offering and devote additional resources to our professional services business.”

Catapult CEO Elliot Fishman noted that selecting an IT services partner is a risky proposition for many companies and evaluating quality and guaranteeing outcomes is challenging.

“Midsize businesses have to rely extensively on partners for IT leadership and the market is fragmented when it comes to value and responsiveness,” Fishman said in a statement. “As well, no single firm can offer a complete range of services and solutions to meet client needs.”

Sana Commerce Becomes Source Code Authorized Partner for Dynamics GP

Gold Microsoft Partner Sana Commerce, now a Source Code Authorized Partner for Microsoft Dynamics GP, is closer to releasing its e-commerce solution that will be integrated with Dynamics GP.

Sana Commerce for Microsoft Dynamics GP will be officially released in the fall of 2016.

“As we look to build integrations with other ERP systems, we want the integrity of our software to remain consistent,” said Michiel Schipperus, CEO at Sana Commerce, in a statement. “That is why we invest time and effort to leverage programs like this – to deliver a product that our clients and partners can be confident in.”

Sana plans to accompany the release of its GP integration with Certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD) status, and this program makes that goal even more obtainable, according to company officials.

As a Dynamics GP Source Code Authorized Partner, Sana also gets early access to future releases of the application, which ensures the Sana e-commerce platform will be ready for new versions of GP even before they are available to end users, officials said.

Dynamics Software’s Service Solution Available for New Microsoft Dynamics AX

Dynamics Software, a provider of solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics AX, is offering its Dynamics Service for the new Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Available on the Azure Marketplace, Dynamics Service helps customers by supporting their daily service processes, increasing employee productivity, according to company officials.

“We are proud to be one of the first Microsoft partners worldwide to have our solution available on the newest Microsoft Dynamics AX release and available on the Azure marketplace,” said Eric Veldkamp, partner and executive director of sales and marketing at Dynamics Software, in a statement. “With this next generation of Microsoft Dynamics AX, we are able to further reduce time to value and accelerate productivity for our customers delivering effective solutions that make a difference to our customers and in turn their customers.”
