StratusLIVE Nonprofit CRM Software Integrates with Maplytics

StratusLIVE LLC is teaming up with Inogic to integrate Inogic’s Maplytics software. This will provide comprehensive mapping and geo-analytics features within StratusLIVE for Fundraisers, built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016.

Maplytics provides mapping, appointment planning, route optimization, territory management, data analytics, and other map-related features. This functionality, integrated to all entities within StratusLIVE for Fundraisers, enables nonprofit organizations to quickly visualize location-related information and explore real-time data to better serve their constituents, according to StratusLive officials.

Adding the Maplytics technology to the StratusLIVE CRM solution creates powerful insights through visual data representation, stated Jim Funari, co-founder and CEO of StratusLIVE.

“These new insights will prove greatly beneficial to fundraising, event planning, marketing, and donor service,” he stated.

Gustavo Preston Reduces Invoice Time with Dynamics NAV

Western Computer Inc. has helped distributor Gustavo Preston use the field service management capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics NAV to reduce invoice time from days to hours. Gustavo Preston is a field service-intensive provider of pumping system design, service and repair in New England.

Working with Western Computer, Gustavo Preston ensured not only that its core Dynamics NAV implementation runs smoothly, but that it also delivers enhanced scheduling and mobility capabilities through additional third-party software, according to company officials.

In addition to reduced administrative time in the field and at the office, Gustavo Preston is using Dynamics NAV to eliminate the daily reconciling of files for field technician reports while generating invoices hours after services call are completed, officials said.

“We appreciate a partner that provides local resources, which helps prevent time zone and general communications from being barriers to effective collaboration,” said Jon Kleist, database administrator/Dynamics NAV Developer at Gustavo Preston, in a statement. “[Western Computer] always provides quick turnarounds on any information and support we request.”
