ENAVATE Launches System Optimization Tool for Dynamics AX

ENAVATE, a Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM provider has partnered with European Microsoft Dynamics partner EG to bring a new AX system optimization tool with exclusivity in North and South America.

ENAVATE’s System Optimization Suite (ESOS) is a collection of diagnostic and optimization tools that help increase the quality, reliability and performance of Dynamics AX, according to Scott Brubaker, ENAVATE’s director of managed services.

“If you are looking to upgrade your current AX solution or you are going through a new implementation, ESOS is a key tool to be included in the process as it will aid in testing performance thus avoiding bad experiences, dissatisfied users and shattered expectations that can all have a negative impact on your business,” he said in a statement.

Anveo Launches Mobile App for Windows for Dynamics NAV

Anveo has released the Anveo Mobile App for Windows to give companies full offline capability for Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

The Dynamics NAV system becomes available at any time on Windows devices, such as the Microsoft Surface, even without internet connection.

The app is available for all devices based on Windows and Windows Phone (minimum version 8.1/8), according to company officials.

This first release of Anveo Mobile App for Windows comes with all core features like flexible main menu, lists, cards, digital signature capture, photo capture, push notifications, an encrypted database and fast synchronization, according to company officials. In the upcoming releases, the company plans to add well-known features from the iOS and Android versions such as GPS tracking.

Metafile Partners with Catalina Technologies

Metafile Information Systems, a provider of AP automation and document management solutions for Microsoft Dynamics ERP products, has announced that document management solution, MetaViewer, now integrates with Microsoft Dynamics SL through a partnership with Catalina Technology.

The MetaViewer for Microsoft Dynamics SL solution has been standardized to integrate using the Catalina CTAPI web services, specifically the finance module, subset of available Dynamics SL web services from Catalina. This is the most efficient integration method for passing data from MetaViewer to Dynamics SL, according to company officials.

The integration uses a browser-based interface, making it easy and efficient for accounts payable employees to know where documents are in the financial process.

Catalina’s web service enables MetaViewer to export non-purchase order invoices to Dynamics SL, allowing the system to push header and line item details to the SL voucher and adjustment screen, officials stated.

AMC Technology Announces Contact Canvas Omni-Channel for Dynamics CRM

AMC Technology has announced that an addition to its Contact Canvas platform, Omni-Channel for Dynamics CRM, will be available in the late fall.

AMC’s Omni-Channel supports routing of standard, custom, and even third-party entities to agents based on work item priority and agent availability. Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers will soon be able to benefit from omni-channel capabilities that increase customer loyalty and satisfaction, according to company officials.

AMC’s Omni-Channel for Dynamics CRM Routing API lets third parties easily queue external requests, such as SMS and Skype for Business chats within Microsoft CRM, officials stated. Omni-Channel for Dynamics CRM Reporting across agents and queues gives customers metrics and lets them track work across the enterprise.

By using one toolbar within CRM, agents are more efficient, agent activities and customer records are more complete, and the customer experience is better and more personal, company officials stated.

“Omni-Channel for Dynamics CRM supports both Universal Service Desk and native HTML5 configurations, providing the most advanced omni-channel solution in the industry with both inbound, outbound telephony support for Avaya, Cisco and Aspect and non-telephony work items all tightly integrated and offered within Dynamics CRM,” said Anthony Uliano, founder and CTO of AMC Technology, in a statement.
