Anytime Collect Announces Improved Integration for Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Anytime Collect by e2b teknologies has completed a direct SQL to SQL database integration for customers using Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
With the integration, NAV users can manage their credit and collections through Anytime Collect while ensuring that all of the most up-to-date data from Dynamics NAV is synchronized from their accounting applications, according to company officials.
The SQL to SQL database integration allows Anytime Collect to automatically sync data, such as customer accounts, contacts, invoices, payments and payment applications, directly from Dynamics NAV, officials said. As a result, collection representatives will always be working with the latest accurate information, eliminating the chance for errors.
“In creating the SQL to SQL integration for our Microsoft Dynamics NAV users, we were able to make the accounts receivable process even more automated and hands-off,” said Bill Henslee, CEO of e2b teknologies, in a statement. “We strive to make every process for our clients more efficient and this integration does exactly that.”
TimeTrade Integrates Appointment Scheduling with Dynamics 365
TimeTrade, a provider of intelligent customer engagement, has released Scheduler for Microsoft Dynamics 365. This new application will enable businesses to access the full capabilities of TimeTrade right from within Dynamics 365.
With Scheduler, teams can schedule meetings with prospects and customers without ever leaving their Dynamics 365. That means they can toggle between calendar applications and Dynamics 365, where details about prospects and customers reside, according to company officials
Dynamics 365 users can use Scheduler to arrange multiperson appointments without leaving the app. It lets sales, customer success, support and marketing teams eliminate the calling, chasing and waiting that bog down the process of scheduling meetings with prospects and customers, officials said.
“The bad news for businesses is the process of scheduling meetings with prospects and customers has been broken for a long time,” said TimeTrade CEO Gary Ambrosino, in a statement. “The good news is that Scheduler fixes the problem. Scheduler puts prospects and customers in charge of booking meetings when it’s convenient for them, which speeds up time to revenue and increases customer satisfaction.”
