PowerObjects Announces the Release of PowerChat, a PowerPack Add-on for Microsoft Dynamics 365

PowerObjects has rolled out the new PowerChat add-on for Microsoft Dynamics 365, which lets users interact with website visitors from within Dynamics 365 via a customizable chat widget.

PowerChat generates a unique script code that can be placed anywhere on website, enabling site owners to chat with visitors in real time and track those conversations in their CRM systems, according to PowerObjects.

“Having conversations associated with a record in CRM allows chat agents to quickly view past transcripts to help identify reoccurring questions or pain points for that individual,” said Dean Jones, senior vice president at PowerObjects, in a statement.

The out-of-the-box version of PowerChat comes with a rating option that appears in the chat widget once a chat has ended, officials said. The chat rating feature lets visitors share information about their experiences working with particular agents, Jones stated. Managers can then run an advanced find based on chat ratings to see how their agents are performing.

First European Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Edition customer: Compass Infrastructure (UK)

ABC E BUSINESS, a Microsoft Dynamics partner in the Netherlands, claims the first Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Edition customer in Europe is Compass Infrastructure UK (CIUK) Ltd, based in the UK.

“It is a great honor to welcome the first-ever customer for Dynamics 365 Business Edition on European soil,” said Emile Peels, CEO ABC E BUSINESS, in a July 5 statement. “What happened today, is absolutely a milestone. And as far as I am concerned, a well deserved one with credits to the ABC E BUSINESS team.”

Together with SaaSplaza, ABC E BUSINESS will integrate Dynamics 365 Business Edition with Compass Infrastructure’s existing Office 365. When the technical set up and provisioning is done, the implementation will begin.

After the customer’s UK office goes live with Dynamics 365 Business Edition, the Dutch office will follow in 2018 (Dynamics 365 Business Edition is expected to be available in the Netherlands from January 1st, 2018).
