HP Selects CafeX with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Engage Employees with Personalized IT and HR Services
CafeX Communications has announced that HP has selected CafeX Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to give employees advanced omnichannel engagement services.
Hosted in Azure, Live Assist for Dynamics 365 is co-engineered by CafeX and Microsoft to give customer service agents an integrated experience to engage online visitors through live chat, content campaigns, co-browsing, document sharing, and other remote support capabilities, the company described in a statement. HP is deploying the in-app collaboration software to enhance its IT and human resources operations.
The latest version of Live Assist has added several capabilities to expand the omnichannel customer experience beyond live chat, co-browsing, and campaign management, including:
- Chatbot Agent Integration: Continuity from chatbots to live agents, a first for Dynamics 365, lets a customer escalate a bot interaction to a human agent without having to switch to a different channel – or repeat details – resulting in faster resolution times.
- Enhanced In-App UI/UX: Expanded chat history, shortcut keys, notifications, improved multi-chat handling, and other productivity features are now available to customer care agents within Dynamics 365.
OneNeck Adds No-Cost Microsoft Dynamics AX Migrations and Upgrade
OneNeck IT Solutions is now offering a no-cost Microsoft Dynamics AX upgrade, as well as migration to a hosted private cloud.
Microsoft support for many legacy versions of Dynamics AX is ending, but by upgrading to Dynamics AX 2012 R3, businesses will get the newest features and functions Dynamics AX has to offer, according to OneNeck officials. Companies will also continue to have access to on-going support from Microsoft until 2023.
As a first step, OneNeck is offering businesses an initial, no-cost Dynamics AX environment assessment in order to develop a roadmap. Then, with a new 36-month managed services contract, OneNeck will migrate clients to Dynamics AX 2012 R3 on ReliaCloud, a fully- managed, hosted, private enterprise cloud environment, the company describes.
Harmon.ie Brings Collage to the Channel with New Partner Offering
Harmon.ie, a provider of collaboration software designed to simplify the use of Microsoft cloud applications, is making its recently-launched Collage for Dynamics 365 available to the channel.
Harmon.ie’s software provides a consistent user experience across Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, Office 365 and other cloud applications, and helps eliminate the problem of data silos across those applications, according to company officials.
Now Harmon.ie’s VAR and reseller partners can offer their customers integrated Microsoft application solutions to enhance productivity and overcome information overload, Harmon.ie officials stated.
“We are excited to offer Microsoft VARs and resellers an offering for clients that presents an effective, people-first solution to their productivity problems by seamlessly connecting the Dynamics 365, Office 365 and other cloud platforms, while also creating additional service revenues,” said Yaacov Cohen, co-founder and CEO of Harmon.ie, in a statement.
Synseal Group Selects DSI for ScanworkX And Microsoft Dynamics AX Integration
DSI has announced that it has partnered with Synseal Group, a provider of windows, doors, and conservatory systems space, to provide its ScanWorkX and Enterprise Printing Platform (EPP) integration to Synseal’s Dynamics AX environment.
Synseal will use ScanWorkX and Dynamics AX to manage its key warehouse activities, rather than use a standalone fully-functional warehouse management solution, according to officials of the companies.
Although Synseal already had some warehouse management capabilities using Dynamics AX 2009, DSI’s solutions will enable the company to enhance and take full advantage of Dynamic AX’s warehouse management capabilities, the companies describe.
“DSI ScanWorkX has tremendous possibilities for inventory management, and we are excited to see the benefits Synseal will experience with these integrations,” said Mark Goode, chief revenue officer, DSI, in a statement. “DSI ScanWorkX and Microsoft Dynamics AX will provide a strategic solution to support Synseal’s long-term move to the cloud and D365.”
