Dynamics 365 and NetSuite Hiring Trends: October 2026 Report

Every day, we track every new Microsoft Dynamics 365 and NetSuite job posting across North America, and the October edition of our Recruiting Report is attached for anyone who wants the full picture.

September hiring came in flat for the most part, but four findings in this edition really stood out to me:

1. We found 42 NetSuite administrator postings in a single month, and every one of them was at an end customer. If you run NetSuite in-house, you’re competing with the company down the street for that person, not with a consultancy.

2. Dynamics runs the other way. Consultancies posted 64% of CE roles and 62% of F&O roles, so internal teams are racing firms that recruit for a living.

3. Partners are the ones offering remote work. 40% of partner postings that named a work model were fully remote, against just 11% at end customers. Keep in mind that probably close to 50% of them did not list either.

4. Of 324 postings, exactly one had AI or Copilot in the title. Everyone is selling AI or trying to hire for it, but not specifically mentioning it by name in the title yet.

This is why I keep saying that knowing which market you’re actually hiring in matters far more than how many recruiters you throw at a role. Feel free to download the full report, and if you’d like the track-by-track cuts or want next month’s edition in your inbox, just comment “report” or send me a message.

I’d love to hear what you’re seeing out there!
