nChannel Drives Interconnected Experience for AAA Washington Members and Helps Power New Retail Store Strategy

nChannel, a provider of multichannel management software that simplifies selling for retailers, has that AAA Washington is deploying nChannel’s platform to deliver an enhanced customer experience across its 18 retail locations in Washington and northern Idaho.

AAA Washington is replacing its existing point-of-sale software with Lightspeed, a more flexible, cloud-based point-of-purchase system, to support its new Cruise& Travel retail store initiative and increase efficiency in all store locations in the region, according to officials of the companies.

nChannel is integrating the new Lightspeed platform with AAA Washington’s existing Microsoft Dynamics GP system. With nChannel’s Lightspeed integration, AAA Washington can now keep up with shifting customer behaviors and operate more efficiently by automating the transactions between Lightspeed and Dynamics GP, officials said.

Aaron Back, MCP, joins ACE Microtechnology as Sr. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant

The latest release of VServiceManagement includes and extended enterprise resource planning API and compatibility with Microsoft’s Azure.
